What is The Pain Body?

“There are two levels of pain: the pain that you create now, and the pain of the past that still lives on in your mind and body. This of course includes the pain that you suffer as a child, caused by the unconsciousness of the world into which you were born. The accumulated  pain is a negative energy field that occupies your body and mind.  If you look at it as an invisible entity in its own right, you are getting quite close to the truth – It’s the emotional Pain-Body.” –Eckhart Tolle, author of The Power of Now.

So, basically when it comes right down to it we are an intricate system of memories located within a larger system of memories which is connected outwardly to the world and dynamically to every other individual and their experiences.  Thinking about ourselves on the quantum level we are to visualize a vast space of nothingness with a few specks and flashes of light that randomly occur and then dissipate back into emptiness.  We are, after all 99.999% empty space.  Well, everything is.  The universe as we know it exists only as an interpretation that our conciousness is able to construct out of that same nothingness.

How is it, then that we experience so many patterns in our lives?  Poorly developed relationships, divorces, negatively charged events that seem to hold tight to a theme like waves that crash violently upon the shore again and again cause us to shake our heads and blame bad luck for everything that happens to us.  But what if we are the what that happens to us?  What if events before our cognitive adolescence constructed patterns within us on a cellular level that act as a program on a computer system with a specific set of instructions that repeat over and over and over again in our lives?

I believe that this is exactly what happens.  Imagine your life and yourself as a computer.  When you turn it on for the very first time, you have to decide what programming you will use.  Just like Windows runs our desktop computers seamlessly with a list of instructions and variable conclusions-our lives begin quite a bit alike.  We are born into the world in the same way.  But then, just like when we open that new computer-we have to decide what operating system will run it, the people who are entrusted to care for us inevitably “program” us as teenie babies–and give us the basis on which to act and react throughout our lives.

Various events, traumas, excitement and life experiences act as add-on programs that integrate themselves into our basic program and keep building our patterns of action and reaction as time goes on.  But what gives those events that power?  Our subconcious mind.  In every moment of our lives, our subconscious mind is eavesdropping on our thoughts and feelings and writing data code onto the covering of our cells.  This is cellular memory.  Imagine this, when you touch a hot stove for the first time when you are four years old and burn the tips of your fingers, this event creates a file in your cellular memory which works to prevent that from happening again.  Never again in your life will you lay your hand gingerly on the top of a hot stove-at least not by choice.  Before you even touch a cool stove again your body prepares for the pain of the burn.

It is basically the same principle that applies across the board when we are talking about cellular memory imprints and the pain-body systems.  When we don’t allow experiences to move through us because we block them by thinking thoughts such as “if this happens I won’t survive it” or “I can’t deal with this situation” we are in a sense “preventing” this energy from moving.  The event still happens, of course-we can’t stop time.  But we freeze the energy of that moment in our system.  This blockage effects the flow of energy through our meridians which ultimately effects our physical body either in an organ or a muscle, etc.

CellularMemory.Org explains the effects of the pain body this way: “The Pain-Body can be released when we transform the stagnant NEC in our system. We digest NEC when we fully acknowledge and allow our feelings, without reactivity, and without judging ourselves, for the way we feel. While practicing this work, you will be consciously visiting your energy field, perhaps for the first time in your life. You will be bringing awareness to your mental and emotional reality. It is not the expression of the emotions that is relevant, it is owning them, being present to them. Not because they are “your” emotions,  but because they are happening in you “now”.   And when you accept fully  what is happening in the now, it passes through you; it doesn’t get stuck.”

With all of this knowledge about the what and the why of the pain body and its resulting patterns in our lives we are still left with one paralyzing question. What do we do about it?  Well, it takes some work.  Each blockage can be identified and experienced “in the now” as we release the negative emotions and become merely a witness to the events that created them.  This the premise for my book Kinetic Forgiveness.

Releasing The Need To Judge

GETTING OVER OURSELVES

There is absolutely no way in the world that you can convince one individual that their way of looking at a situation is not THE only viewpoint there is-or at least the only CORRECT viewpoint, anyway.  I have come to realize that as a Christian woman, I have to get over myself quite a bit in an ongoing basis if I am to be useful in God’s Kingdom at all.  Little things trip us up.  We read the bible and we KNOW what it says IS truth-but sometimes we just plainly forget the rest of the instruction which is DO NOT JUDGE.  It’s difficult not to judge!  Man is it ever!  We, as human beings have something to say about everything we witness.  We tote around canisters with huge labels on them and one by one we dissect and pick up pieces of the world and place them into these containers and we think we’re right.  But we’re not.  We’re not even close.  If we can somehow manage to keep our heads out where the sun can beam down upon them long enough, then God will show us HIS viewpoint on situations.  This is where we will actually become useful as a tool to bring others to Christ.
So long as we are running about on the planet judging and condemning others in the name of God-we are doing a disservice to His kingdom which I believe we will all have to answer for one day.  Jesus didn’t come so we could have a soapbox to stand on.  He came so that we can ALL have life and have it everlasting.  That includes rapists, adulterers, prostitutes, killers, liars and any other group you can possibly think of in which to stuff an individual.  Just because we sit in church doesn’t mean we are one inch closer to the Grace of God than someone else who perhaps isn’t in church at all.  It’s time to wake up and get over ourselves already.  Instead of spending all of our time being offended and opinionated about every bit of information that flows through our consciousness-let’s try this.  Let’s just be quiet, show love and let God do His job.  He doesn’t need us to tell others when they are wrong.  He needs us to break the bondage of those who are lost by showing them His Love for them!  I believe that Christians behaviors in the world today are achieving more in the way of filling the vacancies in hell with lost souls than all of the devil’s henchmen put together because we refuse to accept and love others in spite of their actions.  What if God was like that?  What if He didn’t accept you?  Certainly you are no more perfect than I or anyone else roaming around the planet.  What if He behaved toward US the way WE behave toward others?!  Talk about a scary thought, huh?
Think about it.  Who is signing your payroll-spiritually I mean, if you are running around condemning actions that you don’t agree on.  “But it’s based on biblical truths.”  Yes it is.  Some things are wrong.  A lot of things are wrong-but who are we to judge?  Who are we to judge a homosexual for their actions?  Do you not have an addict, an unwed mother or an adulterer in your family that you love?  Come on, resist the urge to be offended and grasp this.  No matter who we are or how often we are in church or how many congregations we speak to in a year’s time-we are no better or closer to God’s Love than one that is lost in the depths of their own destruction.  In fact, we are equal to every other human being that has ever been born to walk upon the earth.  The difference is that we know God’s Love and it is now our responsibility to share that with every other person we possibly can.  Are you doing your part?  Am I doing mine?  How is that for a realization?
Every time I am tempted to feel negatively toward a person because of their actions, I am reminded that it is going to be terribly difficult to explain that behavior to the Living God when there is NO explanation.  God does not make mistakes.  You are not a mistake, I am not a mistake-and neither is anybody else.  In my small town of Elkton, Virginia I am ashamed to say are a dumptruck load of Christian Judges who wave bibles and sling condemnation in the name of God toward people who are caught in a life of homosexuality.  And yet I would be very surprised if I witnessed them going home and slinging the same condemnation upon themselves when they practice sin by watching unsuitable television programs or filling their bellies to overflowing at the local IHOP.  Nor would I expect to find any of them on their soapbox when it comes to their sons and daughters who manufacture and sell methamphetamines or give birth to fatherless children that they then neglect to care for.  I am not a perfect creature, myself.  Surely I have done many things that could have and would have sent my soul spiraling into hell had I not found the Love of God in my life.  That love is what changes people.  That love is what changes the heart and the nature of the person.  Then, and only then can the actions of the person change.  If you want to serve God-show his children you love them, more importantly-show His children that HE loves them.  Stop being a pawn of the devil and start being an advocate for Christ.

Kindness Toward Others Fosters Healing in Ourselves

Just before Christmas a colleague and I decided to volunteer our therapeutic massage services at a local assisted living facility.  It was (as always) an amazing experience.  To meet such a group of warm and wonderful people is such an honor.  Knowing that the services we were providing were going to reap large benefits in the health and emotional well-being of these people felt amazing.  I have always loved working with the elderly population because I feel that we oftentimes fail to give them the respect that they deserve.  Although unarguably, there are circumstances which force us to place them in facilities that can look after their needs, it is an unfortunate reality that most, if not all of them suffer from tactile stimulation deficit which even on its own can lead to depression and low immunity.  A few minutes of touch a day is enough to release the neuropeptides and other vital chemicals and neurotransmitters that are responsible for pain relief, emotional balance and better mental clarity.  Perhaps the most important thing of all, however is the love that they receive from us during their treatments.  Most scientists shy away from using the term “love” because it somehow implies a force with less gravity than let’s say oxytocin and serotonin releases in the brain.  I believe that we need to bridge the gap between science and humanity and recognize love as the healing and transformational force that it truly is.

As a massage therapist with many years of experience in both worlds of touch therapy (clinical and spa oriented therapeutic massage,) I have to say that the prevailing energy that is present in my work is that of love.  Not only do I love my work, but I lovingly care for my clients and patients with an energy that moves through me rather than coming from me.  I know in my heart that this energy is God’s Healing Love for his children.  And I feel so priviledged to work in this field and to provide pain relief and healing balance to my clients.  A beautiful therapist friend of mine, B. Kaye Stuart, once said to me “What an honor it is to have God put his children before us on the table and allow us to touch them and be part of their healing.  Where else in the world would we be able to anoint them with oil and pray over them as a career?”  We laughed a bit at that sentiment, but wow does it ever hold true.  I can honestly say that I can’t imagine ever being happy or fulfilled doing any other work.

Ministry of Touch is a group that I founded for Therapists who want to give of themselves and who believe that God ministers to his children through our touch.  Growing steadily, this group still needs more members.  So if you are a massage therapist, or if you have a massage therapist-please let them know about us.  It doesn’t require any heavy time demands or financial burdens.  It is simply a group of like minded people making a difference in the health of the world one massage at a time.  Also, if you are in need of services (or you know of someone who is) please feel free to post your needs on our Facebook Wall.

Some of the benefits of massage for the elderly include lessening of depression, higher self-esteem, better circulation, pain reduction, improved alertness, improved clarity and focus and a better outlook on life.  Remember that our immune cells listen in on our moods, so if we are feeling down and out and depressed, our immune cells are going to become sluggish and unresponsive to events in the body (such as viral intrusion, i.e; catching a cold, etc.)  This is true for the elderly, the young—it’s the same for everybody.  Many minor infections become more dangerous however, as we age so it is even more important to be sure that our elderly loved ones are getting the things they need in order to be in their best possible health, and this most definitely includes massage therapy.

2013: Are Our Thoughts Affecting Reality?

With all of the buzz about the Law of Attraction and the energy vibrations on the planet right now, one has to wonder if just the panic alone could become the driving force to bring about the destruction of mankind.  Personally, I do not buy into the 2012 Panic.  I believe that life will move forward with no significant changes and we will all celebrate New Year’s 2013 together on a completely assembled planet.

However, there are many individuals who find themselves completely distraught and panicked by the buzz of the Mayan Predictions.  We, as a whole influence the direction that life takes on earth.  Our thoughts and energetic vibration propel and shift not only the trends in Hollywood, but also globally.  As we become more compassionate as individuals there is a global shift.  It is the same if we are in fear, rage or any other emotional vibratory state.  The condition of the planet changes with its inhabitants.

Did you know that there are electromagnetically-shielded computers located throughout the world that generate random numbers which have statistically proven the existence of the Global Mind?  The Global Consciousness Project (GCP) in its 13-year history have used these computers which have shown statistically significant deviations during global events that affect humans.  What GCP found on 9/11 shows foreknowledge for nearly 16 hours before the first plane struck. This data lends support to the proposition that several hundred people around the world had time-specific information about the attacks.

My premise is this:  These statistics show an unconscious synchronization between the minds of humans and the whole of mankind.  Imagine what would be possible if we learn to actually synchronize our thoughts and energy to create a specific outcome?  Obviously our minds are far more than a track on which thousands of random thoughts run marathons into eternity.  They are linked.  Our minds are linked to each other and to the earth.  And like it or not, we create the world we live in.  This is the reason why I feel that keeping a mind free from negativity will come to serve not only your own family and home life–but it will eventually lead to global changes.

How many times have you had a random thought of someone you haven’t talked to for a long time and before you knew it that person either called, you ran into them someplace or someone else brought them up in conversation?  How about that time when you were driving your car toward an intersection and you had the green light but for reasons unknown slowed down before crossing only to be narrowly missed by an oncoming car running a red light?  When you truly examine the potential God has created within us individually and as a whole to create and maintain life on this borrowed planet it is hard to deny the spark of divinity we possess that is capable of changing the hearts and lives of all mankind.

Stop Running From Your Solutions!!!

Proverbs 3:13-18  (NIV)

13 Blessed are those who find wisdom,  those who gain understanding, 14 for she is more profitable than silver
and yields better returns than gold. 15 She is more precious than rubies; nothing you desire can compare with her.
16 Long life is in her right hand; in her left hand are riches and honor. 17 Her ways are pleasant ways, and all her paths are peace. 18 She is a tree of life to those who take hold of her; those who hold her fast will be blessed
.

Everyone from time to time has told someone else, or had the thought in their mind at least to “Stop Running From Your Problems!”  Well, the same can be said about the solutions to those problems.  The one major difference is that your problems will follow you wherever you run-their solutions will not.

It’s safe to say that if you’re human, then you have something in your life that makes you feel like getting away from it.  Whether it’s a broken down relationship, childhood memories related to trauma of some sort or even money issues-problems are inherently the same.  Oftentimes, we will be sprinting through life trying to outrun these dilemmas and we don’t even realize it until much later, when the situation becomes like the movie “Groundhog Day” and you find yourself reliving the same scenarios time after time.

These patterns of repetition in certain areas of our lives are meant to stand out and grab our attention.  They are designed to draw our focus inward so that we can identify what our subconscious mind is communicating to us through the events and people in our lives.  Unfortunately, we are usually spurred by strong emotions to move in just the opposite direction.  Outward.  We begin to analyze the individuals that we have had issues with and we begin to pin the blame and shame on them for whatever has gone wrong.  Step two in this process causes us to pick up speed as our thoughts race and we settle into the rhythm of excuses such as “I don’t know why the wrong people are always attracted to me!” or “Everytime I think my finances are turning around something happens and I’m broke again!” or maybe even, “I just have the worst luck in this area of my life!”

All of these excuses are like a pair of awesome running shoes.  They help you run faster, harder and feel less impact as you’re doing it.  They provide a comfortable cocoon of denial in your mind which lure you into accepting that whatever struggle you are sprinting away from is never going to end so you have to just keep running.  You may run through five failing relationships with similar issues.  You may sprint through two bancruptcies and blame it all on bad luck.  You may huff and puff your way through periods of regaining weight after finally shedding fifty pounds only to spiral back into the beginning position and do it all over again.

My point is this, until you figure out what in the world is out of place within the blueprint of your mind/body unit–you are never going to see change occur in your life.  Because as you’re running from the true issues by using blame to cover it up–you are in the very same instant burying the exact thing that has the power to set you free from the cycle.

I know that you’ve probably already read my book, so you know all of the struggles that I faced in relationships all of my life.  I’m here today to reinforce to you the bare fact that it wasn’t until I began to search INWARD that my OUTWARD struggles began to cease.  I know that God has given me to this work to teach His people how to truly attain freedom in their lives.

It is my honor and a blessing to me to do just that.  I am here and ready to help you uncover those little energetic memory seeds that have taken root in your subconcious mind (as well as the cells in your physical body: i.e., cellular memory) and to help you eliminate them.  They are just weeds and once you pluck them out, good things will begin to grow in your life.  The hard part is figuring out how to identify the weed–and I can help you do just that.

I am now offering my Kinetic Healing Services online via my virtual office on LivePerson.  Aside from many professional credentials to my name, I am also the founder and a practitioner of Kinetic Forgiveness Through Inner Alchemy which is a structured self-healing program that teaches the principles and techniques that will turn your life around.  Part of my service is to create a personal meditation portfolio that will guide you through the steps to clearing out all of that old stagnant energy from every element of your body and mind.

God has put it on my heart to reach out to those of you who have been immersing yourselves in the Practice of The Secret.  If you have tried the techniques and yet still are not seeing positive results flowing into your life, there is a reason.

The Secret works through movement of energy over the planes.  This energy moves from your subconcious mind out into the Infinite Field of Pure Potentiality where it orchestrates events that then move back across the plane into physical reality.

This process cannot work for you if you have something in your subconcious mind that is blocking the movement of this energy.  The stagnation or block is often caused by events in your life that left a little seed of negative energy behind which began to grow over time and started to operate in your life on its own, sending messages over the planes which brought those negative realities into your physical world.  You won’t be able to realize your full creative potential until this energy is removed.

This process isn’t a fifteen minute fix.  It takes time, effort, energy and faith to bring about the changes you are yearning for in your life.  If you’re ready to make an investment in your own happiness and well-being, please contact me for more information.  I am here to help those of you who feel the initiative burning inside and to whom my words ring true in your heart and mind.  I am not looking to convince anyone of anything-I am simply here in the potential that God has given me as a teacher and a healer and I am available and ready to help you today.  If you feel drawn to this teaching, that is God’s way of letting you know that it’s time to move forward.  He wants to lift your burden and give you peace and fulfillment.  A Happy and Successful Life brings happiness, honor and glory to God in every capacity.  It is the entirety of the reason we were created in the beginning.
